You can permanently delete your Signelix Languages account from inside the app.

How to delete your account

  1. Open the Signelix Languages app.
  2. Sign in to the account you want to delete.
  3. Go to the Home screen.
  4. Expand the User Information section.
  5. Tap Delete account.
  6. Confirm the deletion when prompted.

What is deleted

Deleting your account removes your Cognito login, server profile, learning progress, cloud word lists, generated stories, and files stored under your user folder in our cloud storage.

Data retention

Account deletion is processed when confirmed in the app. We do not keep your account profile, learning progress, cloud word lists, generated stories, or files under your user folder after deletion. Some limited records may remain temporarily in backups, security logs, or legal/compliance records where required, and are deleted according to our normal retention practices.

If you cannot access the app

If you cannot sign in or access the app, you can request account deletion by emailing info@signelix.com from the email address associated with your account.
